A2: Yes, OEM is welcome, pls feel free to send us pictures or design files. If necessary, we can keep your design protected under the law.

A3: We basically do not sell samples, we provide solutions according to your needs, which can be customized according to the model.

A4: We accept T/T, L/C, mostly. For orders exceed our established minimum order amount, we can accept using LC as the payment terms. We will communicate and confirm the payment according to the specific order and amount.

A5: Sorry, we provide paid samples only, but when you order amounts over minimum order amount, we will refund the sample cost.

A6: If the products that we have stock, then 7days is available. If OEM, then 30-40days is needed. The production cycle for each product is different. If you need further clarification, send us the product link, and we will reply as soon as possible.

A7: We offer sea, air, and land freight as well as express delivery.

A8: According to different products, different inner packaging will be used, and the standard outer packaging is corrugated box, but we can custom the package as your request.
