Logo Lamp: A Visual Channel for Vehicle Locating and Brand Identity
The Logo Lamp projects a brand mark or owner-customized icon onto the body or the ground beside it. Its product context belongs to a longer OEM investment thread: vehicle locating and identification.
Automakers have iterated through several generations in this thread — early hazard-flash and key-fob signals, then sequential welcome lamps and flowing turn indicators, and now projection-based Logo Lamps. The Logo Lamp’s position in this sequence is visual, quiet, customizable — no sound, no whole-vehicle lighting choreography, single-point recognition.
